L&D Services’ multi-trade workforce includes: plumbers, joiners, electricians, heating engineers, plasterers, painters, floor layers, tillers and bricklayers. Our multi-trade workforce are time-served with on-site experience and hold valid CSCS cards. Our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered and hold current ACS qualifications. Our electricians are qualified to the latest 17th Edition IEE Electrical Wiring Regulations.
All L&D Services representatives will have photographic ID displayed on their branded uniforms which means they will be easily identifiable to customers, and their visitors. Our workforce have all been successfully vetted through Disclosure Scotland’s Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and are trained to ensure that all communications to customers will be sensitive, respectful and courteous at all times during our works.
Many of our core team members have remained with the company since its formation but, ever mindful of the development of the next generation of our workforce, we also commit year on year to the recruitment and training of new apprentices. We ensure that as the construction industry evolves and innovates, we invest in training and equipment to update our skills ensuring L&D Services remains at the forefront of new methods of construction.
