L&D Services recently attended a charity night for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), and we were delighted to donate the supply and installation of a new bathroom, valued at £6,000. RNLI save lives by providing a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service, seasonal lifeguards, water safety education and initiatives, and flood rescue response. They were the first on the scene of the helicopter crash in 2009 where 16 North Sea Oil workers sadly lost their lives off the coast of Scotland. We choose to support this charity as we sadly lost someone close to our hearts in this tragic accident.
Mr MacKay was the lucky winner of the prize and he nominated his mother Mrs MacKay as the recipient of the new bathroom. Upon completion of the works by L&D, Mrs MacKay from Moodiesburn commented –
“I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom, the workmen were all so nice. I was in real need of upgrading my bathroom, so this came at a great time. I was struggling to use my bath and find the new shower has made such a difference to me. The boys done a great job, very neat and tidy workers. I really cannot thank L&D Services enough”.
Very well done to the L&D Services’ tradesmen Aaron and Dale who did an excellent job for Mrs Mackay!
